Villa Luxury is a design house, with top quality materials and luxury facilities.

The house has a sauna, air conditioning included in the final price.

Located a few meters from the beach of Cala Canyelles, only 3km.

The maximum capacity is 8 people, but 2 more people can stay at an additional cost.

The house has 403 m2 and is divided into four floors:

Main floor:

Parking at street level for 2 cars.

Entrance to the house via stairs.

On the main floor is the kitchen open to the large living room and dining room with two balconies with incredible sea views and views of the garden and pool.

A toilet is located on this floor.

Air conditioning on this floor.

Lower floor:

3 large bedrooms, one of them the master suite with bathroom.

The large pool offers sea views, artificial grass and a covered porch with sofas, chairs and barbecue.

On this level you will find the sauna at your disposal.

All rooms in this beautiful villa have access to the balcony with sea views, views of the garden and pool.

Located in a very quiet and residential area, you can enjoy the best restaurants, shops and nightlife just a few kilometers away.

The closest beach is Cala Canyelles, just 3km from the villa. One of the most beautiful and family-friendly beaches in Lloret de Mar where the most prestigious restaurants in Lloret and a marina with water activities for the whole family are located.

The nearest supermarket is about 500m away. from the house and 3 km right at the entrance to Lloret you will find the first supermarket with everything you need for your daily purchases.

The center of Lloret is just 4km from the villa.

Refundable deposit of 1.500€. On the day of arrival the amount will be paid by bank card or cash. This amount will be refunded upon departure within a maximum period of 7 days following departure and after verifying that the property is in the same conditions.
